Utility Peel
Move or rotate any size pizza with nearly surgical precision
with Wood Stone’s utility peel. The 8-inch diameter utility peel
is also very useful for moving pans, placing wood on the fire
and removing ash. This is such a useful tool
you may choose to order two.
Available in multiple lengths.
**A lighter, Titanium version of the Utility Peel is also available.
Large Peel
The head of this 13.5-inch diameter peel is made of a
thinner-gauge stainless steel than our utility peel. This peel
makes it easy to transfer pizza from
your work counter
to the oven. It is also very handy for placing loaves of bread
on the hearth. Available in multiple lengths.
Floor Brush Set
The floor brush is a vital tool for
proper cleaning
and oven operation.
The heavy-duty, brass-bristled, wooden head is beveled to
get into all the
corners of the oven
and is designed to scrub off baked on spills.
The floor brush is available in two styles; we recommend the "T"
style for our gas ovens and the "in-line" style for our
wood-fired ovens. Extra 10" brush heads are available. Available
in multiple lengths.
Natural Fiber Brush
Although more susceptible to heat damage than our brass bristled
brushes, this large, natural fiber brush
is
indispensable
to quickly brush
debris from the oven floor and out of the way.
Particle / Ash Shovel
For wood-fired or wood-optional ovens only; our
heavy gauge stainless steel shovel is designed to safely remove
ash and coals. Its front is beveled to remove ash from even hard
to reach parts of the oven. Available in multiple lengths.
Bubble Hook
The bubble hook
was designed
for popping pizza dough bubbles but we use it for
moving pans,
baking sheets
and even wood,
around in the oven.
Made from heavy gauge stainless steel; it is available in
multiple lengths.
Long-Handled Wok
Wood Stone’s long-handled wok is a show-stopping addition
to your tool
set.
The
heavy-gauge
