Bistro 3030
Bistro 3030

Spec Sheet: WS-BH-3030 PDF Spec Sheet

The Bistro 3030 features a standard door opening 18.5 inches wide x 10 inches high. The
inside dimensions are 22 inches wide, and 19 inches deep, resulting in almost 3 square feet of cooking surface.  The oven is ETL listed for installation with a 1 inch side and back clearance to combustible building materials.  The dense, high temperature ceramic formulation of which the 175-pound, monolithic, cast-ceramic floor and the 335-pound, monolithic dome are cast creates a "deep heat sink" within the chamber of the oven. The hearth and dome are connected by a carefully tensioned stainless steel exoskeleton, which ensures structural integrity and long life. The oven sits on a heavy-duty frame.  Either stainless steel storage drawers or a storage compartment is optional and can be provided in the support frame.

The ceramic interior is heated by a powerful, adjustable radiant burner located in the back of the oven chamber. The burner is controlled exclusively by the cook and the heat distribution in the oven can be adjusted to meet the needs of a variety of menu items.  This oven comes standard with heat shield doors and a built-in timer that allows users to schedule the time the oven is turned on. This Bistro can be configured to burn either Natural Gas or Propane. Fuel type must be specified at the time of order.

Installation
The oven arrives crated and ready for installation and can fit through a 30" opening. For more information about installation and facade information, click here
.

The Bistro Home 3030 vents through an 8” I.D. flue collar located above the doorway and should be vented using a grease rated chimney constructed and installed in accordance with all relevant local and national codes.  Depending on the installation, an exhaust fan may also be necessary.

If you decide upon an outdoor installation, please be aware that our ovens are not water-tight; making a roof over-hang, or having the oven under a cover is necessary.  Some types of facade work can also make the oven weather proof.

If you prefer to leave your oven uncovered, we can provide a rain-cap roof to help keep the water off the top of the oven.  Further, if you are not using a fan on the end of the flue, you will need to install a weather cap to protect the oven from water or debris going down the flue.
