Wood Stone gas-fired, wood-fired and combination ovens are a modern interpretation of an ancient cooking tool. We’ve taken a 6,000 year old concept, updated it with modern technology, and remade it for the modern kitchen.

People cooked with fire and stone for centuries. These ovens had many names: clay oven, brick oven, bee-hive oven, forno a legna, wood fired oven, hearth oven, Forno. The stone hearth oven was a gathering place, both for the community and the home.
