
Tim came to work at Wood Stone in the spring of 2002. He was working as a subcontractor for Wood Stone when he was asked to come on board. Tim’s primary responsibility is working as a Corporate Chef for Wood Stone. He teaches and trains on Wood Stone equipment at the factory test kitchen or on the road at trade shows and events. Tim is also a valuable member of the sales team.
Tim is originally from New England. A 1981 graduate of Johnson & Wales College, Culinary and Hotel Management School in Providence, RI. Tim has 18 years of experience in the hotel industry in food and beverage that took him around the United States. He worked in several states including: Rhode Island, Hawaii, Minnesota, Texas and a few places in between. Tim and his family decided to move to Bellingham in 1995 to be closer to his family.
