FOCACCIA WITH TRUFFLE OIL
Combining the “humble” focaccia bread with the expensive luxury of truffles, truffle oil or even truffle salt would seem a bit of an extravagant contradiction.  But the reality is that a little goes a long way here and our oven creates such a beautiful Focaccia.  You will be creating the perfect pleasure and the price tag won’t be too steep.  Add scrambled eggs with a touch of thyme when the bread comes out of the oven and you have an elegant breakfast.
